Command up to 3 defenders where there will be tons of enemy waves that will try to destroy your base. Equip a variety of weapons in which you can unlock and upgrade as you advance in the game.
Deploy your units to ambush the passing by enemies. Enemies will return fire so beware that your troops may be killed. Luckily, allied airplanes will fly by to assist you.
Your base is under attack! Get your best chopper out there immediately and demolish every enemy unit on sight. Don't forget to build towers and repair damaged towers to help accomplish your mission.
Prepare for the battle to protect your base and complete your Lone Ops by taking down enemy troops. Upgrade your artillery and special attacks as needed.

Fight an infection present in human body. The first battle takes place in the nose. All towers produce units slowly over time. To get more units, you need to claim more towers and make them your own. Take over all enemy bases to complete each level.
